One side of the sleeve part is made by oil painting fabric, the paintings are inspired by Van Gogh's artwork.
The top is short, you can match with high waist skirt or pants.
There're buttons designed in left side shoulder so you can adjust the collar part.
At the bottom of this top, there's adjust part to adjust the waist.

The items in the shop take time to finish, for the oil-painting hats, it takes more time to finish (1-3 weeks depends on the process). Since it takes a lot time, energy and wool material, the oil-painting hat are not accept return, please understand.
